(a)   regulation 33B and subregulations 42ZC (6), 230 (4) and 308 (1) of the Civil Aviation Regulations 1988; and

(b) subsection 33 (3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.

1          Name of instrument

                 This instrument is the Civil Aviation Order 100.66 Repeal Order 2011.

2          Comencement

                 This instrument commences on 27 June 2011.

3          Repeal of Civil Aviation Order 100.66 Instrument 2007

                 Civil Aviation Order 100.66 Instrument 2007 as amended is repealed.

4          Repeal of Civil Aviation Order 100.66

                 To avoid doubt, Civil Aviation Order 100.66 is repealed.
