Civil Aviation Order 100.6 Repeal Instrument 2011 (Cth)

(a)   regulation 5 of the Civil Aviation Regulations 1988; and

(b) subsection 33 (3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.

Civil Aviation Order 100.6 Repeal Instrument 2011

1          Name of instrument

                 This instrument is the Civil Aviation Order 100.6 Repeal Instrument 2011.

2          Comencement

                 This instrument commences on the day after registration.

3          Repeal of Civil Aviation Amendment Order (No. R84) 2004

                 Civil Aviation Amendment Order (No. R84) 2004 (also known as F2005B00927) is repealed.

4          Repeal of section 100.6 of the Civil Aviation Orders

                 To avoid doubt, section 100.6 of the Civil Aviation Orders is repealed.
