Civil Aviation (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 1)¹

Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Civil Aviation (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 1).

Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

Amendment of Civil Aviation (Fees) Regulations 1995

Schedule 1 amends the Civil Aviation (Fees) Regulations 1995.

Fees for aviation security status checking and related matters

(1)An expression used in this regulation and also in Division 6.7 of the Aviation Transport Security Regulations 2005 has the same meaning in this regulation as in that Division.

(2)The fees for:

(a)an aviation security status check for a security designated authorisation; and

(b)the verification of identity for a security designated authorisation; and

(c)the replacement of a security designated authorisation;

are as set out in the following table.

(3)A fee imposed by subregulation (2) is in addition to any fee imposed by regulation 4.

(4)An application to CASA for the issue of an ASIC must be accompanied by the appropriate fee, as set out in the following table.
