Civil Aviation Act 1988 .Dated 15 June 2005

These Regulations are the
Civil Aviation Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 1) .
These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.
Schedule 1 amends the
Civil Aviation Regulations 1988 .
(regulation 3)

[ 2 ] Subregulation 262AP (6), including the penalty
substitute
(6) A person operating an experimental aircraft must operate it only:
(a) by day and under V.F.R; or
(b) otherwise in accordance with an approval by CASA or an authorised person.
Penalty: 50 penalty units.
