This Order commences on gazettal.

1. Amendment of the Civil Aviation Orders

Schedule 1 amends section 95.33 of the Civil Aviation Orders.

SCHEDULE 1     AMENDMENT TO SECTION 95.33 OF THE CIVIL AVIATION ORDERS

(a)

(b)T000F1541E05 Acceptance Flight Test Basic Aircraft Ground Run; and

(c)T000F1542E05 Acceptance Flight Test Helicopter and Basic Systems Flight 1; and

(d)T000F1543E05 Acceptance Flight Test Helicopter and Basic Systems Flight 2; and

(e)T000F1544E05 Acceptance Flight Test Helicopter and Basic Systems Flight 3; and

(f)T000F1545E05 Acceptance Flight Test MEP Systems Ground Run; and

(g)T000F1546E05 Acceptance Flight Test MEP Systems Flight 1; and
