Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Civil and Administrative Tribunal Regulation 2013 to include a definition of corporation for the purposes of the payment of fees.

This Regulation is made under the Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013, including section 90 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Civil and Administrative Tribunal Amendment (Corporation)
Regulation 2017.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Civil and Administrative Tribunal Regulation 2013

Clause 4 Definitions

Insert in alphabetical order:

corporation has the same meaning as in section 57A of the
Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth.
