City of Wollongong Local Environmental Plan 1990

(Amendment No 218)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is City of Wollongong Local Environmental Plan 1990

(Amendment No 218).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to reclassify the land to which this plan applies from community land to operational land within the meaning of the Local Government Act 1993.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land situated in the City of Wollongong, being Lot 82, DP 13047, Rowland Avenue, Wollongong, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “City of Wollongong Local Environmental Plan 1990 (Amendment No 218)” deposited in the office of Wollongong City Council.

4 Amendment of City of Wollongong Local Environmental Plan 1990

The City of Wollongong Local Environmental Plan 1990 is amended by inserting at the end of Schedule 4A the following

words:

Lot 82, DP 13047, Rowland Avenue, Wollongong, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “City of Wollongong Local Environmental Plan 1990 (Amendment No 218)”
