(ii.) If the Governor in Council so directs by Order in Council published in the Gazette, the deben- tures aforesaid shall be sold subject to the condition that a proportion of the principal money secured thereby shall be repayable at stated intervals during the currency of the said debentures; (iii.) Save' as aforesaid, the provisions of the Local Authorities Act shall apply to the raising of the said sum of one hundred and five thousand pounds. (2.)
