[ASSENTED '1'0 8TH OCTOBEH, 1913.J B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, . by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :- 1. This Act may be cited as "The Oity of South Short title Brisbane Loan Acts Amendntent Act of 191a," and shall ~ ~ : strucLion be read as one with "The City of Soul h Brisb(tne Loan of Act. Acts, 1901 to 1912."* - 2. (1.) In section two of "The South Brisbane Amendment Municipal Loan Act of 1D01,"t as amended by section two _~~ ~ 9~ 1~ f Act of " The Oity of Sottth Bl isbane Loan Acts Amendment Act of 1912, " ~ the words" two hundred thousand pounds" are repealed, and the -words" two hundred and seventy thousand two hundred pounds" are inserted in lieu thereof. (2.) In section seven of the ;aid Act as so amended, the words "two hundred thousand pounds" are repealed, and the words "two hundred and seventy thousand two hundred pounds" are inserted in lieu thereof. The agreement referred to· in section three of " The Oily of South Brisbane Loan Acts A:mendment Act of 1912,"t and set forth in the Second Schedule of the said Act, shall extend to and include all payments from time to time required in cOlmection 'with the Sinking Fund therein referred to in respect of the further sum of seventy thousand two hundred pounds authorised to be borrowed under" The Oity of South Brisbane Loan Acts, 1901 to 1912,"t as amended by this Act, as if the said sum were specifically referred to therein. .ORALLO, ROMA TO, RAILWAY.
