City of Shoalhaven Local Environmental Plan 1985

(Amendment No 187)

1     Name of plan

This plan is City of Shoalhaven Local Environmental Plan 1985

(Amendment No 187).

2     Aims of plan

This plan aims to provide for the continuing use of an existing charity shop on the land to which this plan applies.

3     Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land situated in the City of Shoalhaven, being Lot 2, DP 245762, 63 River Road, Shoalhaven Heads, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “City of Shoalhaven Local Environmental Plan 1985 (Amendment No 187)” deposited in the office of the Council of the City of Shoalhaven.

4 Amendment of City of Shoalhaven Local Environmental Plan 1985

City of Shoalhaven Local Environmental Plan 1985 is amended by

inserting at the end of Schedule 9 the following words:

Lot 2, DP 245762, 63 River Road, Shoalhaven Heads, as shown edged

heavy black on the map marked “City of Shoalhaven Local

Environmental Plan 1985 (Amendment No 187)”—charity shop.
