AN ACT to require any closet or urinal or work of a sanitary nature to be constructed in the district of the municipality of the City of Perth to be connected with a sewer or a septic tank and for other purposes incidental thereto.

(2)

The Minister may give such directions as to the method of constructing such closet or urinal or work of a sanitary nature and such septic tank, and the necessary drains and requisite fittings, as he thinks fit.

(3)

If the owner or occupier fails to comply with such

directions lie shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding_ twenty pounds and any work constructed contrary to or not in accordance with the said directions may be removed by the Minister and the expense of the removal may be recovered by the Minister from the owner or occupier.
