AN ACT to amend the City of Perth Parking

Facilities Act 1956-1982.

[Assented to 22 December 1983.]

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative

Assembly of Western Australia, in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the

same, as follows:—

Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the City of Perth and citation.

Parking Facilities Amendment Act 1983.

(2) In this Act the City of Perth Parking Facilities Le lartged

Act 1956-1982 is referred to as the principal Act. 198 arch .

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the City of Perth Parking Facilities Act 1956-1983.

Section 11D

inserted. 2. After section 11C of the principal Act the

following section is inserted-

Power to

lease. 11D. Where

(a)	section 11A of this Act applies to any land or a part of any building or structure; and
(b)	the Council satisfies the Minister that the land or a part of any build- ing or structure cannot be sold as required by section 11B of this Act,

the Minister may, notwithstanding the provi- sions of sections 11B and 11C, consent to the Council letting or leasing the land or part of any building or structure for such term not exceeding 10 years as he specifies in writing, ".
