FACILITIES.

No. 81 of 1965.

AN ACT to amend the City of Perth Parking

Facilities Act, 1956-1961.

[Assented to 7th December, 1965.]

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative

Assembly of Western Australia, in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the

same, as follows:-

and citation. 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the City of Perth

Parking Facilities Act Amendment Act, 1965.

(2) In this Act the City of Perth Parking Facilities

Act, 1956-1961, is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may

be cited as the City of Perth Parking Facilities Act,

1965.] City of Perth Parking Facilities. [No. 81.

2. Section seven of the principal Act is amended	5.7
amended.

by adding after paragraph (b) of subsection (3)

the following paragraph-

(ba) for the purchase or acquisition of land, buildings and other structures, for the provision, by means of street widening, of parking facilities, metered zones and metered spaces and for the regulation and control, by that means, of the parking and standing of vehicles within any parking region in accordance with the provisions of this Act; .
