AN ACT to amend the City of Perth Parking

Facilities Act, 1956.

[Assented to 27th November, 1958.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

and citation.	1. (1) This Act may be cited as the City of Perth Parking Facilities Act Amendment Act, 1958.
(2) In this Act the City of Perth Parking Facilities Act, 1956, is referred to as the principal Act.
(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the City of Perth Parking Facilities Act, 1956-1958.

2. Section four of the principal Act is amended amended.

3.    Section eleven of the principal Act is amended :mended.

by adding after subparagraph (iv) of paragraph (b)

of subsection (1), the following subparagraph

(v) in or off any road or reserve under the care, control, or management of the Council, provide, erect, and maintain, any sign or notice required for the purposes of this Act; .
