AN ACT to amend the City of Perth Endowment

Lands Act 1920-1980.

[Assented to 18 May 1981.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the City of Perth andcitation.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the City of Perth Endowment Lands Act 1920-1981.

Section 7A

amended. 2. Section 7A of the principal Act is amended

(a) in subsection (3)-

(i)    by inserting after "1980" where first occurring the following-

" and each succeeding financial

year " ;

(ii)   in paragraph (a), by deleting "1980"; and

(iii)    in paragraph (b), by deleting "1980";

and

(b) in subsection (5), by deleting the definition of "gross rental values" and substituting the following definition-

Cf "gross rental values", in relation to land

in the said lands or in the district in a particular financial year, means the gross rental values set out in the most recent general valuation of land in the district determined by the Valuer-General under the Valuation of Land Act 1978; " .
