AN ACT to amend the City of Perth Act, 1925.

[Assented to 18th December, 1956.]

RE it enacted, by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the City of Perth =atm.

Act Amendment Act, 1956.

(2) In this Act the City of Perth Act, 1925,

Act No. 11 of 1925 as amended by Act No. 26 of

1926,

is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act

may be cited as the City of Perth Act, 1925-1956.

amended. 2. Section four of the principal Act is amendea by adding after the word, "land" in line two of paragraph (c), the words, "purchased or".

amended. 3. Section five of the principal Act is amended

by substituting for the words, "owner of any land or building or work affected by such new building line" in lines one and two of subsection (3), the word, "person".
