AN ACT to amend the City of Perth Act, 1925

[Assented to 19th November, 1926.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority

of the same, as follows :—

1.    This Act may be cited as the City of Perth Act Short title.

Amendment Act, 1926.

2.    Subsection four of section five of the City of Perth Amendment of

Act, 1925, is hereby amended by the insertion immediately 7.:1=25.

after the words " on the new alignment " of the following

words " or, in the case of land upon which no building or

work or portion of a building or work is erected or in

course of erection at the time of the prescribing of the

new building line, on the date of such prescribing, or on

the date of the commencement of the City of Perth Act

Amendment Act, 1926, whichever shall be the later date."
