City of Brisbane (Transitional) Regulation 2010 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the City of Brisbane (Transitional) Regulation 2010 . 2 Commencement This regulation is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2010. Note — See section 264(2) of the Act. 3 Preparation of annual report and financial statements for 2009–2010 financial year Despite the repeal of the CityofBrisbaneAct1924 , the following provisions continue to apply to the council for preparing its annual report and financial statements under that Act for the financial year that ended on 30 June 2010— (a) part 4, division 4 of that Act; (b) the repealed CityofBrisbaneRegulation2004 , sections 6, 17, 23, 33 and 34. 4 Declaration that regulation is a transitional regulation This regulation is a transitional regulation. Note — This regulation expires 1 year after the commencement of section 264 of the Act. See section 264(4) of the Act.
