s1 2 s4 City of Brisbane Amendment (No. 2) No. 237, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the City of Brisbane Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1994 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 July 1994. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the City of Brisbane Regulation 1993 . ˙ Insertion of new s 4 4. After section 3— insert— ˙ ‘ Prescribed interest on unpaid rate—Act, s 67(2)(a) ‘ 4. For the purposes of section 67(2)(a) of the Act (Unpaid rate may bear interest), the prescribed rate of interest is 11% per annum.’. ENDNOTES 1. Made by the Governor in Council on 30 June 1994. 2.
