s1 2 s3 City of Brisbane Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 No. 159, 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the City of Brisbane Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the City of Brisbane Regulation 1993. 3 Insertion of new s 5A After section 5— insert— ‘5A Certificate about payment of notional GST ‘The council must, no later than 15 September following a financial year, give the Minister a certificate stating that the council has paid notional GST for the financial year.’.
