( b) Except as provided in paragraph ( c) of this subsection the electoral roll for an electoral ward shall be- ( i. ) The annual roll for the electoral district comprising that electoral ward prepared under and in accordance with the requirements of the ElectionsAct up to the thirty- first day of December of the calendar year next preceding the date of the triennial election ; and ( ii. ) A supplemental roll prepared under and in accordance with the requirements of the ElectionsAct ( which supplemental roll the Principal Electoral Officer is hereby directed and authorised to prepare) of all names entitled under the ElectionsAct to be added to the aforementioned annual roll sinoe that annual roll was prepared and thereafter up to and including the thirty-first day of March next following, with all corrections of and erasures from those rolls, or either of them, made under and pursuant to the ElectionsAct. ( c) Where an electoral ward is not comprised wholly and exclusively of one electoral district then- ( i. ) So much of the respective annual and supplemental rolls for the electoral districts wholly or partly comprised in that electoral ward ; or ( ii. ) In the case of an electoral ward comprised wholly and exclusively of part of one electoral district, so . much of the annual and supplemental rolls for that electoral district, prepared ( pursuant to paragraph ( b) of this subsection) under and in accordance with the requirements of the ElectionsAct ( with all corrections of and erasures therefrom made under and pursuant to that Act) as
