AN ORDINANCE

To amend the City Area Leases Ordinance 1936-1973, as amended

by the City Area Leases Ordinance 1974 and the City Area

Leases Ordinance (No. 2) 1974.

the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1910-1973.

CITY AREA LEASES ORDINANCE (No. 3) 1974

1. (1) This Ordinance may be cited as the City Area Leases Ordinance (No. 3) 1974.*

(2) The City Area Leases Ordinance 1936-1973,1 as amended by the City Area Leases Ordinance 19741 and the City Area Leases Ordinance (No. 2) 1974,§ is in this Ordinance referred to as the Principal Ordinance.

(3) Section 1 of the City Area Leases Ordinance (No. 2) 1974 is amended by omitting sub-section ( 3 ) .

(4) The Principal Ordinance, as amended by this Ordinance, may be cited as the City Area Leases Ordinance 1936-1974.

2. Section 13 of the Principal Ordinance is amended by omitting paragraph (5) ( c ) .

3. Section 14 of the Principal Ordinance is amended by omitting

paragraph (3) ( c ) .
