AN OKDLNANCE

To amend the City Area Leases Ordinance 1936 as amended by the City Area Leases Ordinance (No. 2) 1936.

BE it ordained by the Governor-General in and over the Executive Council, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Commonwealth of Australia, with the advice of the Federal Seat of Government Acceptance Act 1909 and the Seat of Govern-
ment (Administration) Act 1910-1933, as follows:—

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the City Area Leases s'lorttitu

Ordinance (No. 3) 1936. and clutlon'

(2.) Sub-section (3.) of section one of the City Area Leases Ordinance (No. 2) 1936 is repealed.

(3.) The City Area Leases Ordinance 1936, as amended by the City Area Leases Ordinance (No. 2) 1936, is in this Ordinance referred to as the Principal Ordinance.

(4.) The Principal Ordinance, as amended by this Ordinance, may be cited as the City Area Leases Ordinances 1936.

2. Section eleven A of the Principal Ordinance is amended by variation of

omitting the word "condition" (wherever occurring) and insert- ^SJ"",,'"

ing in its stead the words " provision, covenant or condition ". i««ed.
