1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the City Area Leases s'lorttitu

| (2.) Sub-section (3.) of section one of the City Area Leases Ordinance (No. 2) 1936 is repealed. | |
| (3.) The City Area Leases Ordinance 1936, as amended by the City Area Leases Ordinance (No. 2) 1936, is in this Ordinance referred to as the Principal Ordinance. | |
| (4.) The Principal Ordinance, as amended by this Ordinance, may be cited as the City Area Leases Ordinances 1936. |
2. Section eleven A of the Principal Ordinance is amended by variation of
omitting the word "condition" (wherever occurring) and insert- ^SJ"",,'"
