CITY AREA LEASES

No. 13 of 1967

An Ordinance to amend the City Area Leases Ordinance

1936-1966.

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the City Area Leases Ordinance 1967.*

(2.) The City Area Leases Ordinance 1936-1966,f as amended by this Ordinance, may be cited as the City Area Leases Ordinance 1936-1967.

2. Section 9A of the City Area Leases Ordinance 1936-1966 is amended by omitting sub-section (4.) and inserting in its stead the following sub-section:—

" (4.) An offence against either of the last two preceding sub­ sections shall not be prosecuted except with the consent in writing of the Minister or of a person authorized by the Minister, by writing under his hand, to give such consents.".
