AN ORDINANCE

To amend the City Area Leases Ordinance 1936-1947.

Council, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Seat of BE it ordained by the Governor-General in and over the Common-wealth of Australia, with the advice of the Federal Executive	Government Acceptance Act 1909-1938 and the Seat of Government
{Administration) Act 1910-1947, as follows :—

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the City Area Leases short title

Ordinance 1950.* aml cltation-

(2.) The City Area Leases Ordinance 1936-1947 is in this Ordinance

referred to as the Principal Ordinance.

(3.) The Principal Ordinance, as amended by this Ordinance

may be cited as the City Area Leases Ordinance 1936-1950.

2 . Section thirteen of the Principal Ordinance is amended by Auctioning of

omitting from sub-section (4.) all the words from and including the

words " and shall set forth ".

3 . Section fourteen of the Principal Ordinance is amended by Power to invite

omitting the proviso to sub-section (5.). forPieases°nS
