STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONALITY AND CITIZENSHIP ACT 1948-1960.*
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

AMENDMENTS OF THE CITIZENSHIP REGULATIONS.
“5A. Each of the following countries is declared to be a country within the Commonwealth of Nations to which section 7 of the Act applies:—
(
a ) the Federation of Nigeria;(
b ) the Republic of Cyprus; and(
c ) Sierra Leone.”.
