1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Circular Economy (Waste Reduction and Recycling) (Container Deposit Scheme) Regulations 2022 to revoke a prescribed fee.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 183 of the Circular Economy (Waste Reduction and Recycling) Act 2021.

3Regulation 13 revoked

Regulation 13 of the Circular Economy (Waste Reduction and Recycling) (Container Deposit Scheme) Regulations 2022[1] is revoked.
