An Ordinance for vesting Church of England Lands in Western Australia in the Bishop thereof, and his successors.

HEREAS by an Ordinance passed in the first year of the

Wreign of Her present Majesty, No. 1, 1837, General

Trustees of Church Property are created, and in. the last clause of such Ordinance it is enacted that the powers and trusts of such Trustees shall cease on the passing of a legislative enactment to that effect, and whereas it is expedient that they do cease at Preamble.

I. THAT from and after this Ordinance taking effect as here-
