NN ACT to amend the Church of England Diocesan

Trustees and Lands Act, 1918.

[Assented to 27th December, 1956.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Church of 2aligt,,a.

England Diocesan Trustees and Lands Act Amend- ment Act, 1956.

(2) In this Act the Church of England Diocesan Trustees and Lands Act, 1918,

is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Church of England Diocesan Trustees and Lands Act, 1918-1956.

amded. 2. Section thirteen of the principal Act is amended by inserting after the word "residence" in line five of subsection (2) the words "or for or towards the maintenance and repair of any such buildings or for or towards the endowment of the Cathedral".
