AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Church Lands Leases Ordinance 1924.

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Church Lands Leases short title

Ordinance 1927.

(2.) The Church Lands Leases Ordinance 1924 is in this Ordinance

referred to as the Principal Ordinance.

(3.) The Principal Ordinance, as amended by this Ordinance, may

be cited as the Church Lands Leases Ordinance 1924-1927.

2. Section two of the Principal Ordinance is repealed and the fol-

lowing section inserted in its stead :—

" 2.—This Ordinance shall apply within the same area as the City Application

Area Leases Ordinance 1924-1926."
