HIS HONOUR:   Having read the affidavit of Gregory Alexander Walsh, sworn 28 March 2022, and noting the consent of the respondent, I propose to make an interim non‑publication order under section 77RH of the Judiciary Act 1903.  I propose otherwise to stand the application for orders under section 77RE and section 77RF(1)(a) over to the hearing of the application for special leave to appeal on 8 April 2022.

The orders I make are as follow:

1.Until 4.00 pm on Friday, 8 April 2022 there is to be no publication of the contents of the written or oral submissions of the parties on the application for special leave to appeal.

2.The interlocutory application dated 28 March 2022 is otherwise stood over to the hearing of the application for special leave to appeal on Friday, 8 April 2022.

The Court will now adjourn.
