This Ordinance is the Christmas Island Space Centre (APSC Proposal) Repeal Ordinance 2009.

This Ordinance commences on the day after it is registered.

  1. Repeal

The Christmas Island Space Centre (APSC Proposal) Ordinance 2001 is repealed.
