Schedule 1        Amendments (regulation 3) [1]           Paragraph 4 (u) omit Western Australia. insert Western Australia; [2]           After paragraph 4 (u) insert                 (v)    the Magistrates Court established by the Magistrates Courts Act 2004 (WA).
