These Regulations are the Christmas Island (Courts) Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on gazettal.

   the Settlement Agents Supervisory Board set up under section 5 of the Settlement Agents Act 1981 of Western Australia.
