1. Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Christmas Island Casino Control Regulations.

Note   These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Interpretation Ordinance 1958, s. 15.

1. Fee for grant or renewal of a casino employee’s licence

(1)   The fee prescribed for the purposes of subparagraph 95 (1) (d) (i) for a key employee’s licence is $375.00.

(2)   The fee prescribed for the purposes of subparagraph 95 (1) (d) (i) for an operations employee’s licence is $125.00.
