I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Chiropractors and Osteopaths Registration Act 1997 .1 May 2006

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Chiropractors and Osteopaths Registration (Fees) Regulations 2006 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3FeesThe fees set out in Schedule 1 are prescribed for the purposes of the Chiropractors and Osteopaths Registration Act 1997 . 4Legislation rescindedThe legislation specified in Schedule 2 is rescinded.
