I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Chiropractors and Osteopaths Registration Act 1997 .11 December 2000

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Chiropractors and Osteopaths Registration (Fees) Regulations 2000 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Annual registration feeFor sections 20(1)(c) , 35(2)(a) and 38(1) of the Chiropractors and Osteopaths Registration Act 1997 , the annual registration fee is $450.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

Notified in the Gazette on 20 December 2000

These regulations are administered in the Department of Health and Human Services.
