Regulations 1996

The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the
Chiropractors and Osteopaths Registration Board of Victoria,
makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the list of qualifications prescribed for the purposes of registration as a chiropractor and osteopath in Victoria.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 8 and
25 of the Chiropractors and Osteopaths Act

1978.

3. Amendment of schedule of prescribed qualifications

In Schedule 1 to the 1Chiropractors and
Osteopaths Regulations 1992 for—

Chiropractors and Osteopaths (Qualifications) Regulations
1996
