1996

The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the
Chiropractors and Osteopaths Registration Board of Victoria,
makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to increase various fees which are payable to the Chiropractors and Osteopaths Registration Board of Victoria.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 12 and
25 of the Chiropractors and Osteopaths Act

1978.

3. Regulation 401 substituted

For regulation 401 of the Chiropractors and Osteopaths Regulations 19921 substitute—

Chiropractors and Osteopaths (Fees) Regulations 1996

r. 3 S.R. No. 158/1996

"401. Prescribed fees

The fees to be paid to the Board are—

(a) for registration	$375.00
(b) for renewal of registration	$320.00
(c) for restoration of a name to

the register $66.00

(d) for the issue of a certificate

(other than an original

certificate of registration) $52.00

(e) for a copy of the register	$52.00
(f) for an extract from the

register $5.00.".
