s1 2 s3 Chiropractors and Osteopaths Amendment (No. 2) No. 411, 1996 ˙ Short title 1. This by-law may be cited as the Chiropractors and Osteopaths Amendment By-law (No. 2) 1996 . ˙ By-law amended 2. This by-law amends the Chiropractors and Osteopaths By-law 1990 . ˙ Insertion of new pt 5 3. After section 28— insert— PART 5—MISCELLANEOUS ˙ When annual licence fee must be paid 29.(1) A person who is already registered as a chiropractor and osteopath at the beginning of a year, or becomes registered in January of a year, must pay the annual licence fee for the year on or before 31 January in the year. (2) A person who is not registered as a chiropractor and osteopath in January of a year, but applies to be registered in the year, must pay the annual licence fee for the year with the registration fee. (3) If a person is registered as a chiropractor and osteopath in December of a year, the annual licence fee for the following year is waived.’.
