REGULATION
(Relating to fees)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Chiropractors and Osteopaths Act 1991, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement
1. This Regulation commences on 28 February 1992.
Amendments
2. The Chiropractors and Osteopaths Regulation 1991 is amended:
| (a) | by omitting from clause 7 (1) the matter “$140” and by inserting instead the matter “$145”; |
| (b) | by omitting from clause 9 (2) the matter “$16” and by inserting instead the matter “$20”; |
| (c) | by omitting from clause 12 (2) the matter “$6” and by inserting instead the matter “$10”; |
| (d) | by omitting from clause 13 (b) the matter “$90” and by inserting instead the matter “$100”; |
| (e) | by omitting from clause 14 (1) the matter “$180” and by inserting instead the matter “$200”. |

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Chiropractors and Osteopaths
Regulation 1991 so as to increase certain fees relating to:
(a)
the application for registration as a chiropractor or an osteopath or a chiropractor and osteopath; and
(b)
the issue of a duplicate certificate of registration as a practitioner, or a copy of an extract from one of the registers relating to chiropractors or osteopaths or chiropractors and osteopaths; and
(c) the annual roll fee payable by practitioners; and
(d) the restoration of a practitioner’s name to one of the registers.
