CHIROPRACTIC ACT 1978 - REGULATION

(Relating to qualifications of registered Chiropractors

and registered osteopaths)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive

Council, and in pursuance of the Chiropractic Act 1978, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 7 December 1990.

Amendment

2. The Chiropractic Regulation 1979 is amended:

(a) by inserting at the end of the Table to clause 8 in Columns 1 and 2, respectively, the following matter:

Degree of Master Macquarie University.

(b)	by inserting at the end of the Table to clause 9 in Columns 1 and 2, respectively, the following matter:
Degree of Bachelor of	Phillip Institute of

Applied Science Technology, Victoria.

(Osteopathy).

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Chiropractic Regulation 1979 to prescribe further qualifications which entitle a person to registration as a
chiropractor or osteopath.
