CHIROPRACTIC ACT 1978—REGULATION

(Relating to qualifications of registered chiropractors)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Chiropractic Act 1978, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 21 December 1990.

Amendment

2. The Chiropractic Regulation 1979 is amended by Omitting from

Columns 1 and 2 of the Table to clause 8 the following matter:

Degree of Master of Macquarie University.

Science

(Chiropractic).

and by inserting instead the following matter:

Degree of Master of Macquarie University.

Chiropractic.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Chiropractic Regulation 1979 to correct the description of a qualification that entitles a person to registration as a chiropractor.
