CHIROPRACTIC ACT 1978—REGULATION

(Relating to fees)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Chiropractic Act 1978, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 28 February 1991.

Amendments

2. The Chiropractic Regulation 1979 is amended:

(a)

by omitting from clause 7 (1) the matter “$126” and by inserting instead the matter “$140”;

(b)

by omitting from clause 7 (2) the matter “$64” and by inserting instead the matter “$90”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Chiropractic Regulation 1979 to increase certain fees payable in connection with the registration of chiropractors
and osteopaths.
