CHIROPODISTS REGISTRATION ACT 1962 - REGULATION

(Relating to fees)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, on the recommendation of the Chiropodists Registration Board constituted under the Chiropodists Registration Act 1962, and in pursuance of that Act, has been pleased to make the Regulation set

forth hereunder. (C.6962)

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 28 February 1990.

Amendments

2. The Chiropodists Registration Regulations are amended:

(a)	by omitting from Regulation 14 the matter "$50" and by inserting instead the matter "$126";
(b)	by omitting from Regulation 15 the matter "$15" and by inserting instead the matter "$16";
(c)	by omitting from Regulation 17 the matter "$10" and by inserting instead the matter "$11";
(d)	by omitting from Regulation 20 the matter "$25" and by inserting instead the matter "$64";

(e) by omitting from Regulation 22 the matter "$50" and by inserting instead the matter "$126".

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Chiropodists Registration

Regulations to increase certain fees payable in relation to registration of
chiropodists.
