An Act to continue the " Chinese Immigration Restriction

Act, 1888."

HEREAS it is desirable to continue the operation of the Preamble.

W therefore Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South L'Chincse Immigration Restriction Act, 1888 "-Be it

Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said province, in this present Parlia- ment assembled, as follows:

3. This Act shall be incorporated and read as one with the Incorporation. Chinese
