Council and House of Asscrnbly of the said province in this present	B Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative
P d i a m c n t assembled, as follo~vs :

1. Section 18 of the " Chinese Immigration Hestriction Act, Amendment of soction 18, principal

1888," is hereby amended by the insertion of the word ' L one " after .,,,	,,,,.
the word '( ninety" in the second line of the said section,

2. This Act shall be incorporated and read as one with the ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ t i o n.
