Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Children's Court (Fees) Amendment

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 - on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Children's Court (Fees)
Regulations 2005.

4.            Schedule 1 amended

(I) In Schedule I Division I delete item I and insert:

1.          (a) for every order or conviction drawn up in

the Court's criminal jurisdiction ................... 14.50

(b) issue of a duplicate document or order ......... 14.50

(2) Amend the provisions listed in the 'Fable as set out in the Table.
