Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Children’s Court (Fees) Amendment
Regulations 2005.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Children’s Court
(Fees) Regulations 2005*.

3.             Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 Division 2 item 1(b) is amended by deleting “30 or”.
