The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Children’s Services Act 1986.

Commencement
1. These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.
Addition
2. The Children’s Services Regulations are amended by adding at the end the following regulation:
Agreements—prescribed States
“9. For the purposes of subsection 69B (2) of the Act, the following States are declared to have enacted legislation dealing with the interstate transfer of young offenders:
(a)the State of New South Wales;
(b)the State of Victoria;
(c)the State of Queensland.”.
